Hymn of Promise

In the bulb there is a flower; in the seed, an apple tree; in cocoons, a hidden promise; butterflies will soon be free! In the cold and snow of winter there's a spring that waits to be, unrevealed until its season, something God alone can see.

There's a song in every silence, seeking word and melody; there's a dawn in every darkness, bringing hope to you and me. From the past will come the future; what it holds, a mystery, unrevealed until its season, something God alone can see.

In our end is our beginning; in our time, infinity; in our doubt there is believing; in our life, eternity. In our death, a resurrection; at the last, a victory, unrevealed until its season, something God alone can see. ~~ words & music by Natalie Sleeth, 1986 United Methodist Hymnal

Tablescape Thursday!

This is my second tablescape and I can see how people can become dishaholics!
I only set the table for two because I only had 2 of the green plates with the bunnies. Ususally they're hanging on the wall of my kitchen but I just had to use them for a spring tablescape featuring bunnies! Did I ever tell ya how much I love bunnies?! Hope you enjoy and then be sure and go on over to Susan's at http://betweennapsontheporch.blogspot.com/ to check out the other beautiful and creative tablescapes! Thank you Susan for hosting this fun event!

Sheila do you recognize your placemats?

Christine how 'bout our same pewter bunny napkin rings?

The butter dish and salt and pepper shakers are Tracy Porter from Target a couple of years ago.

  13. Hey LL!!!
I just love your tablescape - so pretty and Springy. And your background music is so soothing! I just noticed for the first time that you are a trainer. I am a gym rat and have been thinking about getting certified as a trainer myself. Any advice?
    Thanks!
